Delivery & Returns

 

Shipping.

All art works are carefully and securely packed. The costs include insurance for damages in transit with the courier.  The costs for shipping will be clarified at the point of purchase and are specific to the relative size, weight and value of the item.

How long until I receive my purchase?

All purchases will usually be packed and shipped within 5 working days of an order being placed and payment received.  Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping but please allow 7 working days in total. If for some reason your delivery hasn’t arrived in the expected time please contact me so we can investigate the situation.

The timescales for the shipping of commissions or bespoke pieces made to order will vary and will be discussed at the point of sale.  All bespoke pieces will require payment in full at the time the order is agreed.

Shipping outside of UK mainland

Please contact me for a shipping quote before making a purchase.

The cost of shipping to UK islands is variable and will need to be agreed with the customer on an individual basis prior to purchase.

International shipping

Please contact me for a shipping quote before making your purchase.

Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Unfortunately I am unable to quote on your Import duties. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

Overseas Returns?

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.

What if my purchase arrives and I don’t like it?

Hopefully this doesn’t happen, but if it does, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. The full cost of the return delivery is your responsibility. Once the artwork has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?

All work is carefully and securely packaged. The artwork will be insured in the event that any damages occur during delivery. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch via email. Alternatively, if the artwork is damaged inside please contact me within 5 days of receipt to discuss the problem.  To ensure the validity of the insurance secured through the courier you must keep the product and all packaging until the matter is satisfactorily resolved. You must also take (and send via email) photographs. This is required by the courier as evidence of the condition of the goods at the point of delivery.
